everyday home life experiences provide opportunites for teaching pre-schoolers

The Return of DR. Rochlen--
A Real Look Behind Men's Reasons for Becoming a Stay At-Home Father.
This session will overview a new research project that
addressed: a) the relationship between reasons for becoming a Stay
At-Home Father and role adjustment, b) Men's plans and perceptions
towards workforce re-entry, and c) Perceptions of stigma toward the Stay
At-Home Father's role. Session participants will engage in discussions
of their perceptions of the results and implications. Aaron Rochlen,

BASIC HAIR BRAIDING.
This session will teach the basics of the modern
styles of hair braiding and styling for those with daughters, or sons
with really long hair. -led by MTI College, Sacramento cosmetology school.

Preparedness.
Led by a local fire agency, this session
will give ideas for improving home fire safety skills and help in
preparing and teaching a emergency preparedness plan to our families.
