Sessions will include:

Teaching our kids the value of money.

--Discussion on how to teach our children about allowances, budgets, spending and savings.  Guidelines provided by River City Bank, Sacramento.

Preparing our children for school.

The Return of DR. Rochlen--

A Real Look Behind Men's Reasons for Becoming a Stay At-Home Father.

This session will overview a new research project that addressed: a) the relationship between reasons for becoming a Stay At-Home Father and role adjustment, b) Men's plans and perceptions towards workforce re-entry, and c) Perceptions of stigma toward the Stay At-Home Father's role. BASIC HAIR BRAIDING.

This session will teach the basics of the modern styles of hair braiding and styling for those with daughters, or sons with really long hair.  -led by MTI College, Sacramento cosmetology school. A Paul Mitchell Partner School


Home Fire Safety And Teaching Emergency Preparedness.
Led by a local fire agency, this session will give ideas for improving home fire safety skills and help in preparing and teaching a emergency preparedness plan to our families.
